Is it just me or seasons are actually in a high speed gear and moving really fast? In march it felt like winter was never going to leave is and then suddenly it was sunny and now it’s HOT. All the sunshine and extra vitamin D is putting me off a little bit but I am still in high spirits to dress up for the weather.

I’m sure by now you must have figured out that I’m a big fan of stripes! No matter how many of those I already have, I’d still want more. Stripes are also big this season so I teamed up this pretty top with adjustable straps with high waist striped shorts. Light, comfortable and perfect for this weather. I paired my outfit with tassel shoes, I think they give the outfit that classic and edgy look and not a super casual look.

I think stripes are a perfect addition to a boring outfit. But you need to add the right amount of colour and balance to not look over the top. I’d go for a casual look over more ‘done done’ look any day! So I try to keep my outfits very casual with just the right amount of class. Hope you guys like this look 🙂

Less is more. Quality over quantity. Keep it simple, stupid. There are plenty of philosophical tidbits that steer us away from clutter and towards simplicity – for all the right reasons! From past few months, I have been trying to be a vegan and that has opened my brain to a lot of things. Not only am I trying to make the right choices when it comes to food, but also with fashion. There is a huge movement going on with slow fashion and slow food and I think it’s important. Less is indeed more. Quality over quantity – anyday! It’s very easy to fall for fast fashion but eventually you realise it’s eating you up. Its eating your money and your brain. Also, all the people who are underpaid for all the hard work they do. It’s insane! What do you guys think?

Coming to the look – This dress is thrifted. I am a big fan of flower print especially on dresses – there is nothing quite like it! The neck is one detail that I absolutely love about this dress. I think its really chic and vintage. You can’t really style this dress (haha) it’s a classy piece on its own. I hope you guys liked this look!
